Our stay was wonderful. We enjoyed our private patio with a grill and the delightful South African hospitality. The grounds were beautiful.

Good Hub for touring the Nelspruit area
Posted 22 Jun 2018 on HotelsThe location is fantastic. A beautiful view of Nelspruit and the hill nearby. The yard is the best. My kids enjoyed the small playground and running around, despite there being too many dogs. The room was comfortable. The staff did an amazing job cleaning up after us as a family each day. They even leave a lot of extras around to make sure our stay is wonderful. The owner is super friendly and willing to give ideas of what to do. Some of the ideas are good, but not always for families. My wife felt a little uncomfortable with the owner, as she inserted herself quite often into our time there. She was just trying to be a great hostess, but for my wife it was too much. For me it was fine. I'd definitely stay here again. Oh yes, it is a bit difficult to find. Ask for directions.

Loerie Roep is just a surprising and amazing place !
Lovely garden with kid area, nice decoration in our accomodation, and, over all, the kindness of the owner.
Next time, we will stay more days !

I am sorry for the late response. I was waiting for a very long time to get a verification code from Expedia and gave up after 2 requests without receiving the codes.
And it is hard to remember all the guests if they prefer to stay anonymous.
But I am sure who ever wrote tis review, had a great stay as I believe we gave all our guests the best treatment and attention. I am also sure the scenery, the beautiful garden with the awesome mountain valley view and amazing sunset must have had a relaxing effect on them and that they would love to come back soon!

O quarto onde ficamos tem duas camas de solteiro, que ficam no mesmo local da TV e cozinha, e um quarto com cama de casal. O atendimento é tipo "self catering". Como fica longe da cidade, é preciso pensar em levar itens para o preparo do café e refeições.
O quarto em que ficamos fica bem de frente ao estacionamento, e isso acaba tirando um pouco da privacidade, uma vez que para circulação de ar a porta precisava ficar aberta (e dá direto para onde estão as duas camas de solteiro).
Tem uma mini piscina para crianças e uma linda vista.
A responsável foi bem atenciosa, mas como foi sua primeira experiência com o Hoteis.com, e ela não entendia a forma de pagamento, perdemos muito tempo para demonstrar a ela que tinha feito a reserva pelo site, tempo este que poderíamos ter aproveitado para conhecer a cidade ou para descansar!

Ester, Amelia & the rest of the Dalla Costa family, Although you were here a few months ago, I only now received your review from Expedia.
It was a very good experience for me to receive guests all the way from Brazil!
Yes, self-catering means that you can even prepare your own food in the apartment....a blessing to most holiday makers. But highly recommended restaurants are close by, too? Yes...we don't have other facilities like a restaurant or bar or sauna. Obviously you had something else in mind? We also have other parking facilities but you chose to stop in front of your unit, and I agree: You then spoil your view.
I so wanted you to relax more and not be so concerned about your proof of payment as I was sure that Expedia will have all the details? But it is a sign of your good character and I appreciated it! Next time: Before making a booking , make sure it doesn't say "self-catering"
