Great resort for families
Posted 5 Jan 2024 on HotelsGreat stay for a family vacation. Great amenities for kids and safe for kids to play around the resort. Staff was friendly and helpful. Very neat and clean.
Pools are great. Heated pools will be even better. Maybe an idea for colder weather.

Room needs maintenance - service needs to improve
Posted 11 Jan 2022 on HotelsBeautiful property for our 1 night stay, however, for the nightly rate, there was no water offered in the room (there was a tap water bottle in the refrigerator that appeared to have been there for a long time) no transportation from room to reception area, very long walk (a few blocks). Hippo-Cabana 6, the shower floods each time you shower, it appears the drain is not working properly. Thank you.
