Reception staff very helpful Breakfast food varied and plentiful Staff at Monos very helpful Dining room has the intimacy of aircraft hanger The hotel downstairs very noisy The setting and surrounding area of hotel is idyllic.

Cleanliness needs an upgrade at the Wild Coast Sun

Wild Coast Sun is a good destination since it caters to the needs of the whole family. Offering is good. Staff is tired. Do not understand cleanliness. Toilets in room always halfdone. We had to clean ourselves to make it comfortable. Plugs falling apary. Wifi never works. Laundry very expensive. They Need a shuttle to water world. I can offer if they provide a contract for the festive. We however cannot find a better offering in the country close to the coast for December. If you do, please text me to assess.
