Location is s central. Liked that.
The service was very poor. Phone in the room but not connected/working at all. One has to walk to reception to obtain help.
No concierge services.
Breakfast was not great. Some burnt food.
Pool view rooms have no pool view. Rather book Mountain View.

Posted 12 Nov 2023 on HotelsExcellent location and surroundings. Good Breakfast. Rooms are outdated, Bathrooms not nice.Blocked Shower. Basin tap sprayed water everywhere. Lack of proper maintenance and housekeeping. Towels had seen better days.

Had a very relaxing time here. I think this is one of the hotels/restaurants in the country with an awesome view. We enjoyed the pool (one of the few pools in the country deep enough where you can actually swim). Attentive staff. Good food at the restaurant. Working WiFi. A short drive to the center of town for shopping and dining. It would be nice to have more cable channels.
