Excellent stay large modern bedrooms good breakfast and friendly staff but shouldn't have to pay for a kettle in room in a 4 star hotel and the safe is 4 euros a day these 2 things should be included in the price.

We had a big problem with the air conditioning. We needed to use it but it wouldn’t turn off automatically so we ended up frozen in the middle of the night

Great view from room. Close to sea. Helpful friendly staff. Food typical of a resort. Enjoyed our stay

Well its the first 4 star hotel I have ever stayed in that charges for a kettle in the room, and charges to park your car in an empty car park, has no bar or restaurant available. Also when trying to check out 6.30am the receptionist could not find my bill, 20mins wait, so as we had to get to Alicante to catch my flight we had to to leave, then he could not open the gate to let me out. Was stressed to say the least. I know its out of season, but come on you are supposed to be 4 star
