"Helpful and friendly staff from check-in to housekeeping to breakfast area. Will continue to stay here when visiting the Mayo Clinic. It is so easy to get to the Clinic from the hotel and takes about 5 minutes."

"Had a wonderful stay! Really appreciate the Mayo shuttle. Room was super comfortable. Absolute only thing that wasn’t perfect was that the doors don’t insulate well from noise, especially between rooms. But beyond that, this was a great place and I’d recommend it to others. "

"Bathroom was terrible nor ruble shower head barely any pressure water damage to wall paper peeling off ceiling paint curled and peeling. Really gross We are Hilton honors member when we asked for water we got a snide correction saying we don’t qualify for water but she’give some to us anyway."
