This was our first time here, location is very conveniently close to shopping, restaurants and even the carnival port for cruisers. We stayed the night before our cruise for May16. Check in/out was east ave quick. I don’t remember the guys name who checked us in but he has great customer service. We stayed to have breakfast at the hotel and Gabe that works by the food counter was amazing. Nice, great customer service and we witnessed how very patient he was with one of your older guests. We really can’t wait to come back I think we found our go to hotel next time we come to Jacksonville.

Staff were pleasant and made check-in easy. Room was clean but lots of construction going on in the building that generated plenty of noise starting at 8:30-9:00 a.m. Onsite restaurant provided comfort food that was okay. It was a bit overpriced for the quality but convenience was helpful. Great access to get to Port of Jacksonville.
