Cute lobby and nice staff. However that’s as far as it gets. The pool was out of commission breakfast was literally just some older fruit and boxes of cereal. But worse yet the rooms were smelly tiny and very very uncomfortable. Doors were falling apart, the pillows were rolled up looked balls. We got out quick.

Like: got a room when most properties were sold out. Dislike: it appeared that the property made rooms available that were not cleaned, de-winterized for the eclipse crowd. Our room had a strong, unpleasant musty odor forcing us to prop the door open with safety latch engaged to air out (window wouldn’t open). Room was adequate but very dated. Area around the rooms was also a bit overgrown and unkempt.

*BED BUG CENTRAL.* Had to give at least 1 star to write the review however this place should absolutely be shut down. Laying in the bed after 14 hours traveling trying to rest before another 6 hours of travel, when I felt bites on my arms and started itching. Lifted the sheets and sure enough we saw multiple bed bugs crawling on the bed and the mattress was absolutely disgusting. My man immediately brought this to the attention of the front desk, who refused to give us a refund because there wasn’t a manager present and we would have to wait until 8 am tomorrow. They offered a room change however there is absolutely no way we would want to stay in another bed on this property. The information did not even phase the front desk attendant, she appeared to care less. My man stated he saw the owner on the property as well when he brought this to the attention of the staff, he found her on the Facebook page for the hotel after we had left.

We are so sorry to hear that, we told your man that the refund we will made in the morning and that is what we did. Our pest control comes twice a month and inspected all our rooms.

I actually really didn't mind this place at all throughout my stay. The wifi was on point which is a must for me. The room was pretty decent actually, had no issues there. Now, it's the area in the back of the hotel that got me. When I first got there, the room I was in which was supposed to hav just been renovated, well, the tv didnt work, the remote needed new batteries, then it worked. But, it didn't matter because the tv still wasn't working. And the phone wasn't working. So, she was really nice about it and moved me to a better room which was awesome, props to her for being so nice about it. When I first arrived I noticed huge pieces of glass spread out in the back parking lot along with some nails. And I thought to myself, this is no good. I tried to sweep some of it out of the way of where I was parking. Well, I got a flat tire. And upon getting my tire off, I saw a piece of glass was stuck in it. I got the tire off and put the donut on. When I got to the tire place they said I also had a nail in my back tire, and I have brand new tires in the back. So, I can't tell you whether the nail came from the back or not, but I did see some. I had to get 2 new tires and a patch up. Which I did let them know up front but it didn't seem like a huge thing to them. The guy did say he would go check and he did get up and go, I don't know if he ended up looking or not. That was the biggest thing for me, I paid almost 300 dollars to fix my tires, but all I got was an ok and thank you.
