The workers at the front desk was amazing super friendly with excellent costumer service! The room was beautiful with the sea view super clean and big!
At the restaurant they are not friendly at all, my daughter didn’t like her pasta and complained and the got mad saying that the chef knows what he’s doing and they didn’t offered nothing else! The next day none of the waiters want to get near as neither to take our order I have to call the manager from the restaurant in order to place our order, the manager personally take our order.
We stayed for a couple days and always give a gratuity to the waiters. Maybe they got offended with the gratuity we don’t know if we supposed to give them or not !

The views from this beautiful property is amazing. The grounds are well maintained and beautiful. Now, the furniture in the rooms are poor in quality and very old. The mattresses are spring boards from the 70s. Very uncomfortable. The sofa bed was damaged and dirty. To summarize, The hotel staff are highly professionals and very cheerful. The grounds are equal to a 4-5star hotel. They just urgently need to update the interior of the rooms. Also, the pool is beautiful, but they used a material where scraping your skin is very easy and also your bathing will get damaged if you rub against the walls.

Overlooking the Adriatic Sea

This is a great facility with good access to Gargano National Park. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Dinner in the restaurant was excellent both in taste and value.
