Very close to the castle. Lovely amenities. Too bad I couldn’t try the bath. Strictly no tattoos. Also would be nice not to have towel set everyday - only if asked. Much more luxurious than I imagined

Hotel is clean, staffs are very polite and fast. Walking distance to Matsumoto Castle and other food places. The price is quite reasonable.

The hotel is only several minutes walk from Kita-Matsumoto station. It is also close to the castle which is about 10 minute walk away. The area is safe and quiet, away from the crowd around Matsumoto station. The staff is very helpful. Breakfast is reasonably priced and is okay. The room is clean and has what we needed for our stay.
