Great place, Great Hotel and Great service
Posted 1 Nov 2018 on HotelsGreat experience. Forgot to mention at Check-In that my wife was vegan, and only told them 2 hours before dinner. They amazingly managed to get a brilliant vegan meal together, and then prepared a great meal (along with freshly baked yummy vegan bread) the next day (one of our best in Japan). The service at the restuarant was fantastic, with each waiter letting us know what was vegan at breakfast. Although the concept of veganism was new to them, they exceeded our expecation. The older waiter was extremely attentive to our needs, as well as providing useful tips to combating our dietary requirements in Japan

The gorgeous setting and true experience of this place is very memorable. The staff was kind and attentive and our room captured the essence of culture and environment. Very peaceful and comfortable stay.
