Good location & we enjoyed the free bicycles. The rooms need updating as they are a little old & tired looking, but we still had a comfortable stay.

Reasonable hotel with good location
Posted 11 Oct 2019 on HotelsCleanliness wasn't the issue, but the age of the building and the interior are evident. Offset by good service and a pretty great location to the "downtown" and JR station

They are located at a desirable location which is within walking distance to major sightseeing places. They also have carpark space which travelers with their own car can take advantage of this. Staff are very nice and friendly. Rooms are not premium and are not large, but they are clean. Nothing to complain for such price.

Good location. Only 10 to 15 minutes walking distance to shops, Matsumoto Castle and train station.

Nice staff and they are willing to help. Clean room. 3-5 minutes walk from Matsumoto station, 7-11 walk for 1 minute.
But if you wanna wash your clothes, there are washing machine shop but so far for walk about 10 minute.
Finally, I would love to visit again.
