Slightly outside of the centre of Naha but if you do wish to drive around, this is the choice. Easy access to the main motorway (Okinawa Expressway). Shuri castle is just down the road, and Kokusai-dori (the thoroughfare of Naha for shopping and dining) is about 600-800 yen taxi away.
The hotel parking is decent (but could get a bit crowded in the evening during peak season) and decently priced (1,000 yen a day). The hotel does have a Family Mart that opens most of the time for drinks, snacks, souvenirs, etc.
Room is well maintained, large and with plenty of storage places. Staff members are very attentive.
Will stay next time.

We needed an early check-in due to our flight. Erika and the front desk staff assisted us perfectly so tell us everything modern comfortable and convenient anyone would want. They absolutely hammocks in the lobby. I highly recommend this day. This is just the most affordable hotel rate I booked in my 12 day trip in Japan
