Clean, Beautiful & Comfortable!
Posted 2 Dec 2023 on Hotels駅から少し離れた川沿いにあります。温泉には風呂の入り口に手を置く低い柱があったり、シャンプー、コンディショナーを選ぶことができるなど、利用者に優しい設計になっていました。
何より助かったのは、温泉浴場に設置された洗濯機が無料で使えたこと。入浴中に洗濯でき、乾燥機は20分100円と格安。長期旅行中だったので素晴らしいサービスだと思いました。
部屋も和風モダンなインテリアに裸足でも快適なフローリング、洗面所とトイレが離れているなど、間取りに工夫があります。
カウンターで働くスタッフの接客も丁寧で迅速。
また宿泊したいホテルです。

First time in Matsue, but fourth time staying in an Onyado Nono property. As with previous stays, shoes off at the entrance, and roll your suitcase wheels over cleaning mats.
Then it's tatami matting throughout the hotel, lovely underfoot.
Great decor, cosy bedroom, and the hot spring bath on the 11th floor is so relaxing - the outdoor bath has great views over the city. Highly recommended

It's a beautiful new onsen hotel in traditional Japanese style. Our room was well appointed. The foyer is lovely and the onsen area is wonderful. Would love to stay here again in the future.

近くに居酒屋さんやコンビニもあり、ホテルの駐車場も安心できる。部屋も清潔で、ホテルの温泉は最高でした。
