A beautiful, quiet, clean and very comfortable hotel. The staff is friendly, courteous and always attentive. We especially appreciated Bhuved’s assistance in various matters. The restaurant food was excellent. It was a great base from which to explore Mathura, which is a fascinating city.

There is no hot water at any time of the day, staff is rude and uncooperative Food is bad . Room locks are bad
