"Food options were excellent. We dined at Solara and Serafina onsite. The hotel is very walkable to surrounding dining options as well. In our room, the shower was really only usable with the wand as the rainhead was calcified and plugged causing the water to not flow well. The views from the room were excellent. Would have loved to be able to open a window. The AC worked well to reduce the humidity, but seemed almost too cold when returning to the room (we did try to adjust it). The room was spacious. Bed was comfy and linens were good quality. All staff that we dealt with were very friendly and helpful. We would stay again if the opportunity to travel back to the San Juan area occurs."

"Everyone at the hotel was so warm and welcoming! Especially Sebastian and Victoria in the restaurant and bar! They were not only helpful in recommending locations to see around Puerto Rico, but their warmth and kindness went above and beyond! The room and its views were spectacular! If I had one complaint it would be that the resort taxes were outrageous, but I would gladly go back again!"

"Had a wonderful 3 nights stay here, we enjoyed breakfast every morning, enjoyed lounging by the pool and hot tub. Staff was very polite, and helpful.Hotel is close to the local beach, where the hotel provides, an umbrella, lounge chairs and towels(free).Our room was cleaned daily, and the property provided all the amenities listed and lived up to its 9.0 rating. Would definitely stay here again "
