The hotel was so-so....looked kind of run down, inside and out. Room was pretty clean. We honestly just needed somewhere to sleep for the night, so it did the job. Probably wouldn't stay there again if in the area....

I was surprised at the lack of cleanliness. Mirrors, desktop, windows all had fingerprints , smudges that were quite visible in room 323. Ice machine on 3rd floor was not working. Water leaks ( perhaps rain) noticeable throughout facility.. Juice machine at breakfast not wirking. Not the standards I am used to with Hampton stays.

Super simple check-in and friendly service. Room was clean, roomy, and very comfortable. Location is great and I felt safe, even with a late evening check-in.

Would not recommend. Pool was closed our entire stay, breakfast was out of most things, phones did work, no one would answer when I called from my cell.

Stayed at this location for a good nights rest. The loud music until after 1 am at the bar next door made that entirely IMPOSSIBLE! I’m extremely disappointed, tired, and frustrated!! I called front desk as well as the bar next door and just got an “I’m sorry!”. Glad I spent a considerable amount of money for NOTHING! 😤

Cleaning my room before 11am. Rude!

I’m not really sure how the housekeepers are told when there is a check out but beating on my door and turning the handle a few times made me wake up way before the 11am check out that was told to me when I checked in. This happened a total of 6 times and scared me to death each time. I would also like to comment on the can on used chew in of the drawers, a wad of chew in another draw in the room, the mirrors had streaks all over them and the window unit window was disgusting; mold, spider webs and lint wads all over the white shade.
