Never Staying Here Again My family and I stayed at here on Memorial Day weekend, and it was the worst hotel experience we've ever had. From start to finish, our stay was filled with problems and poor service. Upon arrival, the receptionist was visibly annoyed and unwelcoming. The check-in process was slow and lacked any interaction, setting a negative tone. Our room was in poor condition: grimy carpet and a wet spot near the fridge. When we returned later, the leak had spread. Reporting this to the front desk yielded no apology, just a room switch handled with indifference. The new room was no better. The carpet was still grimy, the bathroom door didn’t close properly, several lights didn’t work, and the flooring around the bathtub was curling. Despite these issues, we tried to make the best of it. However, the problems continued. While putting our toddlers to bed, the fire alarm went off and took forever to be silenced. Inquiries at the front desk were met with indifference. The next night, at 9 PM, loud construction noises started in the room next door. Calls to the front desk were ignored or met with a busy signal. When I went down to address the issue in person, I was met with apathetic responses and no sense of urgency or apology. This hotel showed a complete lack of professionalism and customer care. The state of the rooms and the staff's indifferent attitude were unacceptable. We will never stay at this hotel chain again and advise others to avoid it.

I stayed here for two nights in April. I complained about the condition of the room, but they were unable to move me to another. I seriously considered sleeping in my car. I was credited for one nights stay upon my return after complaining. I wish there was a way to share my photos. You too would be appalled.

The property was old and not comfortable. The only chair was by the door so that the people in the parking lot had a clear view. My memory of this stay was completely negative!

They sent me to a room that maintenance had to be working on (I have pictures)! Went and told the front desk she had an attitude. The next room the TV didn’t work called the front desk she said “just turn it off and on”. I got tired of complaining and just told myself never again

Room wasn't throughly clean, refrigerator wasn't wiped down properly and blood stains were throughout the room.
