Posted 30 Jun 2016 on HotelsStaff at the O Poejo were outstanding, making sure all my needs were met and questions were answered. Breakfast was very good. The room was nicely equipped - the fridge was a welcome addition, as was the powerful air conditioner.

Pros: Hotel was clean, well decorated, comfortable rooms and a terrific shower. Great friendly service.
Cons: Parking availability
Location: Marvao Castle and historic town just a few miles away
Was greeted by the friendly owner who made us feel welcome from the get go. Great room, good breakfast and excellent overall experience.

Must Book Hotel in the Region

The hotel is located in the town with 700 residents, and it is only 5-10 mintues drive from the Marvão castle. The room the hotel is in the very good condition, it is always clean and tidy. Fhe hotel is owned by the lovely family, and they will welcome you with warmest heart in Portugal. They didn't have huge variety of food for breakfast, however, they tried to make food naturally and fresh. So the quality of breakfast is really good. Please don't skip breakfast in the nice smal garden in the hotel.

Sosial og kunnskapsrik hotellvert som gjerne deler historier og kunnskap med gjestene. Område som byr på mange muligheter mht. historiske forhold, naturopplevelser. Utrolig service i resepsjonen og det lokale drosjeselskapet.
