Nowhere closer to be by Tokyo Station as it is right there. Easy to travel around from this location. Room amenities were on par and the hotel was very quiet.

This was such a convenient location, right at the exit from Tokyo station.
It was beautiful and clean inside, and the room was on the larger size by Tokyo standards, with a great view of the city.
The staff were very helpful, even when booking a taxi for 5am pickup. We had a very pleasant stay here.

Great location for Tokyo Station, easy access to Shinkansen and hundreds of shops. Service excellent.
Bar & restaurant were closed when we checked in at 9.30pm so went across the square to the Shangri-La, but could just as easily have gone back into the station.

This property has great location but suffer from bad cleaning jobs
When I check in to my room
I find a dirty coffee table
I have to clean it before I can use it
