Very average stay in an outdated hotel
Posted 9 Mar 2024 on HotelsThe hotel is nicely located within a 15-mn walk to the center of martinborough but it is very outdated. It was probably very modern 20 years ago but it needs a remodel now.
All the furnitures, both inside and outside the units, are old. Similarly the kitchen and bathroom are old and in need of a renovation.
The breakfast is average at best. There is only bad drip coffee available for free, the toasts are sliced processed white bread instead of fresh bread, most fruits are canned, etc.
The wifi is barely strong enough to make video calls and the staff is not very helpful either.

The property is tried and needs an upgrade. Breakfast was you woul expected in a par 4 star hotel. V average
