Nice and quiet. But Beach needed more sand. And Clean and very accomodating

Everybody was very kind and helpful. The room was clean and large. It’s priced a little high, but at least it’s safe and clean and there’s plenty to do!

Lovely property, very helpful staff. Dining in was a fairly pricey affair. But then again the whole of Abacos is not an easy place to find reasonably priced restaurants. The island has yet to really recover from the terrible hurricane in 2019. The Resort is an oasis of neatness and order compared to much of the island. I do hope Abacos continues to make progress, it is a lovely place and the people are so kind and helpful.

Royal Bahamian Boondoggle at Marsh Harbour Airport

Driven by an emergency generated by Delta, we were forced by miscommunication between Delta, its subsidiary Endevour Air, and the Marsh Harbour Airport. While every other plane landing at MHH was turned around loaded with passengers, DL5111 sat on the apron for hours ultimately squandering its opportunity to return to ATL. Delta’s own app communicated confusion with announcements indicating delays. Eventually the airport drove us customers away announcing cancellation of the flight and closing the airport allowing no lingering. If weather had been a factor denying #5111 taking off, it certainly didn’t impede all the other flights to leave.

Hi Paul, we are indeed disappointed in the inconvenience caused to you due to your airline's inability to return to Atl. I am confident that Delta would have analyzed all its options before deciding to cancel its flight. Although the hotel was not directly involved with the airline's decision it had a not-so-positive impact on your highly anticipated plans to return home. We hope that you were able to make the very best of your extended stay in the Abacos despite the travel delay! We look forward to your return in the not to distance future.
