Clean and comfy and quiet rooms. Amazing staff! Lovely outdoor area. Wished there was a coffee machine in room and a recycling bin. Place was perfect after a long flight especially if you need to take the train the next day as there is a shuttle to and from the airport and there's a shuttle to the train station which was really a big plus for me

This was a great hotel, loved the updated theme. The check-in staff let us have our room early and that was greatly appreciated. The only reason why I gave the staff a 3 star is because the women in the dining/bar was so unprofessional and rude to us when ordering an afternoon drink. She rolled her eyes and huffed and puffed. Then when we returned to the RESTAURANT for food, because that is what a restaurant serves, she told us that all they had was pizza. Since there was no dining around, we said that would be fine. AGAIN---she huffed and puffed and walked over and grabbed this sandwich-board menu and aggressively slammed it down in front of our table---I was so flabbergasted that we got up and went to our rooms and UBERed in Subway. Her manger needs to speak to her about customer service, my husband thinks SHE IS THE MANAGER---if she is, the owners need a performance review immediately. Her rating would be ZERO stars.
