First time in Marrakech and the staff made us feel like home. Super friendly and attentive staff. Room, beds, and breakfast were great. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Lots of dining options around walking distance. Thank you STARS Hotel! Hope to visit once again.

Me and my family had a really good time here. The receptionist, Khaled and Khaleel made us feel welcome and treated us very nice and kindly. We loved the service overall and we would definitely be coming back here again.

Enjoyed my stay and felt very welcome by Khaled at the front desk. Had a mini incident with another guest who mistaken our room for his but the matter was quickly resolved by the manager (Abdelwahab) who was extremely polite and very professional. Made us feel comfortable and assured we had everything to enjoy our time while visiting. The breakfast had a variety of foods and staff are very attentive and nice. Definitely recommend this hotel for it’s convenient location and friendly service.

Excellent customer service- everyone was so welcoming and lovely! Especially the bellman Khalid- always greeted me and my partner with a big smile and treated us like good friends. The rooms are all clean and spacious. A highlight was the Saturday buffet- great value for money.

The room included breakfast but the restaurant staff was appalling. The spread was very limited, they didn’t replenish the limited items at any speed. They ignored requests, I asked for mint tea a number of times they didn’t serve me. They poured a native that was staying in the hotel mint tea in a vase that didn’t ask for it and he never drank it. It seem they don’t appreciate people from the sub continent. The restaurant staff and reception was rude. House keeping was the only decent people, they was very good. I felt majority of the staff was hostile & I wouldn’t stay her again.
