The property is excellent! We stayed in a junior suite and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The only complaint is that the private pools aren’t heated and the water was never warm enough to enjoy the pool! Fatima, the guest relationship manager assigned to us, was an angel and made sure that our stay was magical
