AVOID THIS PLACE!!!! The most horrible hotel ever didnt sleep the whole night i was there. Toilet seat and flush was broken. Ac didnt work at all put the heating on cold air was coming out was freezing all night. The fridge was making weird noises the hotel room is absolutely disgusting not family friendly at all. I would never go back there im so disgusted. Tried to get a refund back but the hotel wasnt answering calls from expedia team therefore didnt recieve anything. Customer service was bad from both expedia and the hotel. DONT BOOK THIS HOTEL. I hope it closes down very soon as its a very unsafe environment

Great place to stay. Very spacious, an amazing pool and the staff are utterly respectful.

I know you get what you paid for, but also the conditions were a little bit rough.
Not enough plugs on the property, remote controllers without batteries, but the biggest issue was the cold, if you going there during winter it's gonna sucks, people who works their are courteous and helpfull nothing to say about that.

To put it plainly, our stay was far from satisfactory. The cleanliness of our room was subpar, with noticeable issues like doors falling apart and wire exposure in the kitchen. The condition of the boiler was also concerning, as it seemed to be at risk of collapsing. Given these circumstances, we made the difficult decision to check out early and did not stay for the entire duration of our reservation.
I regret to inform you that this experience has left a lasting negative impression on us. As frequent travelers, we value the importance of a comfortable and safe accommodation, which unfortunately was not met during our stay at your hotel.

My wife and I came in late from the airport with a pounding headache but they would not even offer a bottle of water. They suggested we walk a few blocks to a store to buy one. After some pleading they took 20 durams and said they would buy one for us. But they forgot and never came. A few hours later i had to go get the water myself.
