Having travelled across the world for over 40 years, the Four Seasons Marrakech is the best hotel we have stayed in. This is our second visit (and our 3rd will likey be booked in the near future) and from arriving to departure, the customer service is outstanding across all departments from Reception, housekeeping to gardeners and pool staff. The Front of House Manager in particular was very helpful when we arrived. We received a complimentary upgrade to a Garden Suite which was stunning. The quality, decor and size was fantastic. The room is kitted out with all the items you need including toiletries, quality hairdryer, quality towels, iron and ironing board. The daily housekeeping service was also outstanding and the staff quickly determined your daily programme which made the housekeeping discreet and not in your way. The turn down service was ditto! The gardens are beautifully kept as are the pool areas. The pool staff are also fantastic, courteous and professional. The pool towels are quality and you even get sunhats and suncream if you want it. The treats given at the pool were delicious. The hotel is very safe with professional security staff at the secure gated entrance. Taxis costed from 50 Mad to 100 mad depending on where you were going. We did have one issue with a driver trying to overcharge, we contacted the hotel via fantastic WhatsApp and they quickly sorted it out and apologised for the taxi miscommunication. We had a fantastic holiday and highly recommend!
