There was a huge spider in the bathroom. It was about 3 inches wide!! Gross!!!

Clean and tidy. Comfy beds, bathroom is very small but we made it work. Good breakfast, hot tub room could use a good scrub down. But very nice customer service. And good location

The rooms were great size and very clean. The pool area was great, the adult hot tub and sauna were a huge added bonus. Nice little breakfast area as well. Def would stay again

Lauren at the front desk was courteous and helpful. Check in was quick, got my room in less than five minutes. The room was nice and neat. The pool was slightly cold but tolerable, but my kids love the “Kid’s Spa”, I loved the hot tub myself. I didn’t used the sauna room, but it was there. The Restaurant next door has pretty awesome food, definitely recommend it. Looking forward to come here again in my next visit to Marquette.

We spoke to the desk to let them know our toilet was not flushing well and they offered to give us a plunger. We then specify we would like them to come to the room l and see why the toilet was not flushing well. They did come up to the room and the toilet still did not flush well after that. The morning breakfast was probably the worst breakfast. I have seen offered At any hotel chain. No butter for the bread or toast. I did not see any tongs to grab the bread or muffins. The fruit selection was three apples and one banana and the gravy for the biscuits was in a crockpot, the person working the breakfast area seemed very unclean and when she would bring items out from the back such as the serving spoon for the gravy, she would hold them right on her dirty apron and wipe them off while walking to put them on the counter. Needless to say we did not eat breakfast there either day. The square pillows on the beds in the room were lumpy hard and very uncomfortable. You need to go back to regular pillows.

The property just seemed dated. The breakfast was what was expected from a continental. The person who checked me was very pleasant. The hot tubs seemed to be running at 101 instead of 103. The rooms just seemed to be very old and in need of updating.
