Nice place to stay. Friendly and very helpful staff. Nice restaurants and food options. Good size swimming pool with plenty sun deck chairs. One drawback or negative was mini fridge in room which wasn’t in working condition. As I’m diabetic and need to store my insulin in fridge. I requested for a replacement which didn’t happened even after couple reminders. I ended up asking staff at the reception to keep my insulin in fridge they had there. Also, they don’t provide iron and ironing stand. It was mentioned on their website guest can get iron and stand if they wish.

We do not provide irons to the rooms because of health and safety reasons but you can always use our laundry services for ironing or cleaning of your clothing.We would be very happy to welcome you again at our hotel.

We loved staying here. If you didn’t want to leave the complex for excursions etc, there was no need. Everything you needed was within the complex itself. Staff were incredibly friendly and nothing was too much for them. We really enjoyed the variety of entertainment in the evenings and the restaurants on site were lovely, great food and atmosphere all round.

Avoid this hotel

One of the worst nightmares. Since the check in till check out it was the worst hotel i had ever stayed in. I really regret the money i spent in this hotel. Reception didn’t know if there are rooms to upgrade as a golden member perks of hotel location of my room was terrible i had to listen to the cars since it was facing car parking. Air conditioning was hot. Toilet was dirty i had to clean it myself. Food and drinks was terrible i had to stick with salads for two days and there is always rush in collecting the food. One of the really bothering thing that you have to accept the moving around staff removing the dishes while you are trying to pour food for yourself so if you want to be lucky and get food you have to be fast or as i did on the second day I poured all courses first then sat to eat. The hotel was not full occupied: many empty rooms and bungalow's so i was wondering what the case would be if it was summer. One good thing about it was the location and few friendly staff such as the pool staff. In general avoid it ! i was fooled when i saw vip access on hotels i chose to book but it has nothing to do with the other vip access hotels that i booked in before through hotels so don’t expect any special thing or perks in fact it was a waist of money

As Labranda Mares Marmaris our special perk commitment is the following : VIP guests are promised the following amenities20% off food and beverage (once per stay).As we can see from your accomodation details you have not used any extra food or beverage service in our hotel and thats why this perk could not be applied. We do not have free room upgrade or late check among our special perks commitment to our Expedia VIP guests. The AC is fixed at a certain room temperature in order to protect the health and comfort of our guests. We are sorry that you also had certain problems with your bathroom cleanliness. We cannot see in our records that you contacted our reception or guest relations ,we would send our HK staff to re-clean your bathroom if you had informed us. Again we are sorry that you were not happy with your room also, we would change your room if you had contacted our reception or guest relations.Our main restaurant by the name of ‘’Yunus’’ operates as an open buffet restaurant which follows a 14 days rotation on served food and tries to cater for a wide audience with international dishes. We serve White , Red Meat and also Fish always in our main buffet. Our guests can choose from 20 different kind of hot dishes , 10 different kind of appetizers , 30 different kind of salads , 20 different kind of cold dishes and 30 different kind of desserts every day. For guests that want to try different a different kitchen can choose from our 4 different A’la Cart Restaurants (Italian, Far East , Turkish and Fish) ( Upon availability ). These restaurants are free of charge except the Fish restaurant is extra and costs 10 pp. We will definitely take note of your comments and will see what can be done to improve the hotel service. Problems started as soon as we arrived at the hotel! They didn’t put us in the room we booked months in advance and instead they put us in a building that wasn’t even part of the hotel, means every time we had to walk out of the building and get to the main hotel for breakfast, lunch etc. Speaking of lunch and dinner, either I don’t all inclusive means or they don’t! They only one main (buffet) restaurant that only serves breakfast for 3 hours, lunch for 3 hours and dinner for 3 hours! If you’re hungry outside of those hours you have to pay for snack!!!!! They also have a Italian restaurant (lol) that’s only working 2 days a week! To make reservations you have to contact them on Tuesdays 11am-1pm! Their alcohol is below bottom shelves quality and even that stops at 12am! Their massage center also scammed us which is another story but to make the long story short, we lost $200 to those people! I could go on for another 10 page about them, but to be fair this hotel has an amazing guest relation staff name (Julia) and a beautiful beach front.

I RECOMMEND Stayed in the hotel rooms for 3 nighta as a couple. Overall we had a great time. Amazing place and service. Alot of fun! Very suitable for families also. Not crowded and very comfortable. Pros: + room is HUGE. + very clean and room well maintained. + friendly staff always greeting with a smile and trying to make sure you are comfortable during your stay. + food options are great. Amazing desserts i loved the cake variety. + you will never feel hungry at this place. In fact, try not to eat much haha... + beach is WONDERFUL. the beach is stoney but gradual and SUPER CLEAN! The beach was very fun. Note: there are tiny fish that could bite at the sea water. Bot harmful but a little disturbing. + slides are fun and suitable for children and adults. + pool is clean and nice. Sometimes it would get crowded but there was still space to get in and chill. After all you won't be racing anyone in the pool. + towels for the pool and beach are provided and they can be changed ones a day. + laundry and ironing services available. + Spa was also fun. The steam bath was sadly not functioning when we visited, but the hamam and sauna were available and free of charge. Gym is also available but who trains on holiday like srsly...? + Pingpong and darts available to play. + on check-out day you can place your bags in the luggage room and stay in the resort for the day and enjoy the facilities... Restaurant, pool, beach, etc. + i never faced problem finding a sunbed. + Guest Relations
