Great stay for relaxation

It was a good trip , all staff very helpful and even though it was end of season and not very busy , most facilities I wanted were open

just returned from a great stay at club turban .Excellent location , great food and entertainment. Only negative was that our booking agent made no mention of the fact that the hotel is on quite a steep site involving lots of steps an steep pathways .

Next time sunshine please!

Despite the rain we had a good holiday. Fabulous location, great grounds, beach and jetty's, pools etc. Half way between Marmaris and Ichmeler handy flat strolls to work off the food and drink. Unfortunately due to the weather most exterior dining was closed putting great strain on the main self service restaurant.The food was plentiful and varied but it was rather crowded and noisy. The staff were all very nice and our entertainment mighty muscled superhero Batman( sorry can't remember name but you can't miss him!) with his side kick the lovely Seda really made the holiday special. The rooms were spacious, clean and serviced daily. We visited in mid April and I would be tempted to return later in the season to see how the hotel transforms into what I am sure will be a great holiday destination.

We were disappointed as most of the resort was closed, we visited end of February. The location is not bad, but the views from the rooms are not good at all. Food is good but not a lot of options. Maybe it is worth trying if you are visiting between April and September, otherwise, not worth it.

Don't Fool with star rate, please read.

There was no wifi signal in our room at all. I let reception know about it twice, They didn't take care of it. Yes we got the signal when we were at lobby but still there was no internet. Food was awful, my friend got food poison. Service was really bed. Sea was good but Be aware there is no sand in the bottom of sea, all rocks. We were planing to stay 2 more days but after all we decided to leave. They offer 2 a la carte menu with all inclusive but whenever you call them they claimed they've all booked. When I booked the hotel, I choosed pay at tell, it was a mistake. They don't accept any American cards. So you have to pay cash in USD or Turkish Currency, here is the catch when they calculated the exchange rate to Turkish lira, there was almost $40 per day overcharged. We went to game room with one of my buddy to play Xbox. We got tokens for 2 hours. But we find out the controllers not working. When we asked help from associate, he told us kids keep broke them. I asked if you already knew they were not working why you sold us that much tokens and he did inserted all tokens before we started. So we got cheated at game room. Not satisfied at all.
