The hotel was fine. Breakfast was a bit bland but it all worked out. The employees were great!

Nice hotel, great breakfast!

Nice hotel, everyone was very friendly. When we arrived the cable was out which wasn’t a big deal, they offered complimentary snacks for the inconvenience. Breakfast was very good and well appointed. When I went to check out the computer systems were down and I was told I’d be emailed a receipt which never came, again, not a big deal. When I checked my credit card a couple days later they had accidentally charged me for the room even though I prepaid through hotels.com, I called the hotel and spoke with the manager who was very helpful and refunded the charge back to my card within a couple minutes. She apologized several times, I got the sense a new person was working at check in. All in all, a nice place to stay with friendly staff. any issue I had, they corrected. I would stay here again if ever in the area.
