The hotel was fine. Breakfast was a bit bland but it all worked out. The employees were great!

Nice hotel, great breakfast!
Posted 18 Mar 2024 on HotelsNice hotel, everyone was very friendly. When we arrived the cable was out which wasn’t a big deal, they offered complimentary snacks for the inconvenience. Breakfast was very good and well appointed. When I went to check out the computer systems were down and I was told I’d be emailed a receipt which never came, again, not a big deal. When I checked my credit card a couple days later they had accidentally charged me for the room even though I prepaid through hotels.com, I called the hotel and spoke with the manager who was very helpful and refunded the charge back to my card within a couple minutes. She apologized several times, I got the sense a new person was working at check in. All in all, a nice place to stay with friendly staff. any issue I had, they corrected. I would stay here again if ever in the area.
