Staff very helpful. Seems like an older place. Bathroom not totally cleaned and had a funny smell. My moms non smoking room smelled of cigarettes. The lady at the desk brought an air purifier to her. The rooms were spacious
And amenities were ok. Ok for one night stay

The mirror was broken. They were not accommodating. The floors were dirty.

Property / room is old and needs to be updated.

Had a room which was very icky. Carpet badly stained and disgusting. Bad smell. Just not clean.
First time I've ever checked for bed bugs.
HORRIBLE FEELING.
AND ... room in front of building, ground level with HUGE parking lot light shining right into the window with curtains that did not close. Had to hang bed cover in window.
Why would you do that? People are trying to sleep?

When we enter the the hotel room blankets were messy And not clean yellow stains on bedsheet alcohol in room and bathrooms were stinky

The phone didn't work had trouble with the TV and asked for a late check out and they rushed me out
