Stood in the lobby for almost a half hour waiting to get checked in. Once I did get into the room stained up towels and bedding where waiting for me. When I tried to take a shower the shower head was so plugged that I decided to just leave oh by the way I paid for 2 nights and didn't even stay 12 hours asked for a refund and was refused. The United States of America should sue them for using the name America Best they were by far the worst hotel/motel I have ever stayed at. I will never stay here and I will never recommend this place to even a wild animal

Although the online site (and actually the door of our room) said non-smoking, it was not. The room smelled of smoke, the occupant across the hall kept the door propped and there was a strong smell of smoke there. As someone who is very sensitive to smoke, it caused burning eyes and a sore throat. The accommodations were adequate, but the smoking was unacceptable.

Could not stay at this property, once I entered the room there was smoke holes in the blankets, pulled the sheets back and a cockroach was in the bed. Staff was pleasant and understood my concern gave me back my refund.

Cost clean,,convenient to shopping,safe , the staff. Very friendly, had a Karios meeting the next day and had food had to put in refrigerator was able to check in early and not be charged a

Place smallest like cigarettes in hallway. Room did smell good. Bathroom door won't shut. Price isn't bad. Could use more pillows though I would bring your own
