We enjoyed our stay here but the room was not stocked with complimentary facial tissue nor shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. Every hotel and motel I've stayed in previously has offered these amenities and it was sorely missed.

The room was impeccable and very comfortable. I appreciate that the hotel is dog-friendly and that we did not encounter any aggressive dogs. There was only one drawback, yet it is a serious one: The lights along the walkways that came on at dusk were EXTREMELY bright and the curtains inside did not block out this light, such that it was impossible to discern day from night inside. It was difficult to fall asleep, in spite of being tired, and I was only able to sleep fitfully throughout the night. One of the people at the front desk said that they receive frequent complaints about this. The hotel needs to install blinds that can block out this intense light, allowing travelers to sleep well.

The TV Closed Captioned didn't show all channels. Please check it out to fix it before anyone reserve the rooms.

5 days & No maid service did I receive . I had to get towels from the front desk.The refrigerator needed to be defrosted immediately room 267, huge gap in the doorframe , light all the noise and cold air coming through. The TV cable was in & out
