Weekend break worth a visit

Great location in town. Staff was very helpful. Parking facilities are a little tight if you have a medium or above size vehicle. Also reserve well ahead if you want spa or massage treatments. Overall it was a good stay

Perfect position in Marianske Lazne, good breakfast, nice staff and service. For the four star hotel it should be an air-condition in the room. Overall experience is fine, would definitely return.

Lovely stay!
Posted 12 Sep 2018 on HotelsReally enjoyed our 2 nights stay. The hotel room was spacious, clean and beautiful with lovely chandelier and high ceilings. The room was ready for us including a baby cot for our 11 month old baby.
As hotel quests we took advantage of using the sauna and pool which was very good! Breakfast was very good too! We will definitely stay again as the hotel is also in perfect location close to the singing fountain and all water springs.

Romantic weekend

Pros: Nice building, central location, nice view if you see the main square.
Cons: Breakfast, poor quality, not enough choice, very poor service.
Spa and swimming pool, not at the level it should for a 4 stars hotel.
Location: Nice place to visit walking distance
The staff at the reception is speaking acceptable English and provides you useful information. It is mandatory to park in a public parking, correct price.
The hotel is very nice from the outside, nevertheless the inside is a bit less glamorous. Phonic insulation between rooms is poor and the breakfast buffet is not very good.
The main disappointment is the spa. In a thermal city you would expect a super spa, not the case here. The swimming pool is 3x3m, not very nice and you are constantly starred by a guy behind the counter. The sauna is accessible on reservation and for extra cost, again nothing fancy.
To summarize, good locking hotel but perfectible prestations.

Dear guest, thank you very much for your review. I am quite sad, that your stay wasn´t according your imagination. Mariánské Lázně is spa town, but all mineral springs are cold, not thermal. At all reservation webs we advertise size of swimming pool – It is 5 metres wide and 6 metres long. Bigger swimming pool is not possible due the size of hotel. Pros: Staff and location.
Location: Right on the heart of the town, close to singing fountain.
We had a beautiful room with a great balcony. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good with a large selection. Would definitely return!

Location: very conveniently situated, everything located very near by.
some room for improvement i.e. parking location for guests , but overall very pleasant . would recommend to my friends.
