ROACHES! Bedding and towels stained. Bathtub was stained and nasty. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Checkin was fine but when we arrived at the room it was not in good condition. Some of the lights did not work, outlets were hanging out of the wall and sheets that were on the bed were dirty. Bathroom exhaust fan was very loud and recessed toilet paper holder was falling out of the wall. Chair in the room had very suspicious stains on it so we didn’t end up touching that at all. Staff were not very nice after we voiced our complaints. Food in the area was good and the Florida caverns state park was very close to the hotel and the stay was worth it for at least that. About an hour south was the appalachacola national forest that was absolutely beautiful. Will be returning to the area some day but will more than likely not be using this facility again.

Staff was very friendly. Maintenance of the facility was marginal. Door would not close properly and the lights over the sink did not work. Bed was just ok.

Roaches everywhere. If I wasn't so tired I would have left

Entry door to room and bathroom difficult to open and shut. Room appeared to be clean, some outside areas not so much. Room service knocked on door, then opened it before I had time to respond. Other than one man on staff, who was helpful, others were not very friendly. Not sure we will stay there again.

The toilet was broken if you sat on it it was falling over. There was a gap in the door to the unit , bathroom towels were yellow and stains on the bedding. Left snd checked into another hotel . They said I should be receiving a refund in 24- 48 hours!!
