Facility is showing its age. Electrical outlets, near the sink, did not work; hair in one of the bathtubs; one of the air conditioners was frozen up, so it wasn’t cooling; once it was allowed to defrost, it worked. Rm. 112 actually had a damp odor. Have to say I missed the little amenities, like shampoo and a working hair dryer in the room. I didn’t bring my own thinking one would be there, live and learn. Overall our stay was good, able to visit with family members who live far apart. Thanks for the hospitality.

It was a ZERO. Room smelled of smoke, beds visibly dirty with hair on them, noisy outside, dirty walkway and stairs. Don’t stay here.

I would love for someone to contact me. I am disappointed with Expedia and Wyndham because they have their names linked to this property. Expedia should full refund me because this place should property should be condemned. Bathroom ceiling was leaking. Roaches and standing water in rooms. I was there with a family member last will wish to visit Florida caverns.

The staff was friendly enough. The room was in need of some TLC. The bathtub was dirty I'm not sure if it was dirt or staining bathtub ring but I didn't use it because of that. The breakfast was not as advertised. It had no juice, waffle maker, fruit or muffins. On the bright side there were no bugs that I saw.

room was old dated , towels were old and worn. bathtub was old dirty and in bad repair . room smelled of old smoke

The toilet had not been cleaned was disgusting tub was nasty syained so we did not shower, would not stay again

Overall the property was average for one that accepts pets. It could have been cleaner. The floors were dirty, but the staff was great.

It needs a lot if TLC in all areas. Staff is wonderful. For the price you get what you paid for. Quiet though.
