We were a party of 3 we checked into the hotel, and had a conversation with Jim the owner about where we were going in the evening and about what other night life was in the area.
The rooms and facilities were great we were close to the local shops and central Margate was in close walking distance.
The beds were comfortable so we had a great night sleep and we had a fantastic full English Breakfast In the morning.
It is a fantastic Guest House and we would definitely come back again and recommend the hotel to others.

Our room was clean and renovated, bed very comfortable, good breakfast.Great location,short walk to Old Town and beach. Host Jim is very friendly. Definitely would recommend to everyone*****

The double room you booked for two guests included an ensuite bathroom with a fan, hairdryer, and tea and coffee facilities, all this for 68.00 per night, including breakfast. We do offer larger deluxe rooms if you could increase your budget. We look forward to your next visit. Kind regards

Everything was very good - we had a good nights sleep and a decent breakfast - next time we are in Margate we will definately be looking to book again - Thank you for a spot on stay on our 3 day music event
