Nice quiet place with access to the beach. The staff was very nice with an included breakfast. The price was very reasonable.

Beautiful sea-view accomodation

The place is very cozy and has a beautiful sea-view. The breakfast is standard. but overall I am happy with my stay and would definetely book again. The lady who received is was kind and gentlke

Beautiful views.Rooms need revamp.

Unfortunately they were unaware of our stay & unprepared.The owner was away.However her friend/assistant (?) Loraine was very helpful and did her best to sort out the issues and settle us in.She was warm and kind and advised best place to for dinner and a swim.Frankly the photos on-line seemed misleading and we were disappointed with the rooms.Need a serious revamp/renovation.Not good value for money at all.Lorraine and lady serving nice breakfast were very pleasant by contrast.

So sorry your welcome was not as good as it should have been. Lorraine is a relatively new locum and is still not 100% sure of the bookings that she sees on the cell phone. As a result she actually gave you an upgrade. You booked and paid for one person in Room 6 and 2 in room 2 and you ended up with 2 people in 6 (more expensive room) and one in room 1 (more expensive room). The photos on the website are genuine. I am sorry you found them misleading. Room 1 by the way was upgraded about 6 months ago. So sorry you were disappointed. Regards Sharon

Good Location and nice view

It wasnt the correct Margate so didn’t get there!!
