Lovely experience in a typical hacienda. Close to a small vineyard and Pichilemu.

Comfortable, clean, centrally located.

We originally booked for 5 nights. We ended up extending our stay two more nights because we liked how quiet and comfortable the property and room was. The fireplace in the room rounded out each night. It is also perfectly centrally located to Santa Cruz and the wine tours arranged by the staff, with only one days notice. We had a fantastic time here The staff is attentive and breakfast spread nice. We would be back.

Pros: Is very nice, quiet
Cons: The time of service of lunch
Location: No more things neary the principal to do is to 50 o 60 km.
Good pool, very nice rooms, personal is great, bathrooms very clean

Great Xmas at Residencia Historica

Pros: Charming setting of an old monastery restor with taste Very caring staff and owner Great location
Cons: Very little can be moroved as we loved our stay there
Location: Great location: very quiet in a luxuriant garden and a few minutes away from the wineries and wine tasting...
We spent 2 nights at Residencia Historica with our 2 kids (7 and 11) and that's really a stay we are going to remember for a long time. The place is simply incredible: an old monastery with only a few rooms, surrounded by a luxuriant garden. Despite the 2010 earthquake, the place has been fully restored and the accomodations are very nice: swimmingpool, spa, bar with a pool, etc. The owner as well as the staff have been so kind to us and our kids. We had our Xmas dinner at the Residencia. The food was really great and fine and the atmosphere really cosy and family-oriented. Last but not least, the location of the hotel is central to visit the Cochalgua valley and taste all the great wines they grow there. Next time we go to the Cochalgua valley, we'll definitely go back to the Residencia Historica.

A propriedade é muito bonita … está precisando de reparos e manutenção em toda ela … o quarto , espaçoso , com visual bonito . Porém , necessitando de muitos reparos. Os funcionários e o serviço , impecáveis !!! Nota 10! Para toda a equipe. Desde o checkin , no restaurante , na recepção , atenciosos , gentis . Precisa de um certo investimento !!!

Wunderbar! Ein gepflegtes Ambiente, richtig gute Betten, excellentes Abendessen im Freien, sehr nettes hilfsbereites Personal, einfach zu finden, direkt an der Straße, durch die Aussenmauern ganz ruhig in einem Garten gelegen, Schwimmbad, alles total sauber, gute Parkmöglichkeiten z. T. überdacht

Fotogen und kahle Zimmer

Pros: Die betten und das cena im Restaurant
Cons: Zimmer freundlicher einrichten
Location: Weingegend, Bodegas besuchen
Zuerst nicht das bestätigte Zimmer erhalten, dann das gewünschte twin: Kahl, 3 !!! Tische, 1 Sessel, ein anfänglich defektes Bad. Jedoch: Sehr gute Betten, gutes Restaurant
