The property was ok but not what I thought it would be. The area around the hotel is under construction and it's not the cleanest area. It rained the night before and the only road to the property was completely flooded so we almost unable to get there. I would probably not stay there again.

Thank you for your feedback! We are in the process of some property renovations, however, the construction is not taking place in the main areas of the hotel. Florida is known for its tropical weather, so when it rains some roads do get flooded, which is beyond our control. Safe travels.

No ice machines available, have to go to office for ice, a bit inconvenient

It’s a very old property in need a lot of upgrades One elevator broke the other one was very slow. Rooms where clean room service was very good . Restaurant was ok pool was nice OK.

Remodeled and very nice. Just wish our balcony overlooked the water and nit a torn up parking lot. Room was great and staff was very friendly. Breakfast was very good
