Hello, unfortunately the answer is not accepted for the following reasons:
1. The San Remo hotel did NOT have the reservation made by Expedia. Consequently, they did not allow me to register until after 5 in the afternoon, registering my debit card since they could not find the reservation through Expedia.
2. The hotel once managed to register me pending finding the reservation or charging me again, it gave me the room that did NOT match the photos in the publication, the room was disgustingly dirty, all the windows with animal feces and The bedding was outside the minimum standards of any accommodation.
3. I had to urgently pay for another Hotel through Expedia as you can see in my reservations, at a highly higher price until I was able to find a hotel with a stay for those dates.
I request that you review the case before making the claim to the credit card and initiate the corresponding actions.

Pros: Location was good
Cons: Price !
Location: Location is good about things to do, but noisy because all the buses
Disappointing.
No WiFi in the rooms
Employees at the front desk totally unattentive
Pool facilities were out of order
Breakfast service was poor - coffee cold

sub standard 4 star hotel
Posted 14 Mar 2015 on Hotelsthe standard room was attrocius it was like a small box with a very small window and no view. i wouldnt let my dog stay in this room. we asked a maid if this was a standard romm and she told us it was a room used by hotel staff. for $68 dollars a night forget it. we asked for another room and they said they had no extra standard rooms but offerd us a 4 bed suite for an extra US$40 per night even this room was not up t0 par with cracked floor tiles and rather dingy looking rooms. dont stay at this hotel its a ripoff if i had of known how lousy the standard room was i would not have booked it, trust me there are a lot of better hotels in the area for a lot less cost. the only reason i did not walk away from this hotel as i had already pre paid and i had checked in and would not have got a refund so my hands were tied behind my back

Todo muy a gusto. La pile, bárbara. El desayuno, muy completo. Lo único q molestaba, era la calefacción q estaba muy fuerte.

Posted 11 Dec 2017 on Hotelsla habitación era chica y muy básica, vieja , con colcha vieja, sin silla, sólo un puff. La bañera tenía hidromasaje, como lo anuncia en la pàgina pero no funciona ( o no lo habilitan) La pileta es muy chica para la capacidad del hotel, el jacuzzi hay que pagar aparte. Por un desperfecto de la caldera estuvimos 14 hs sin agua caliente

Habitacion muy pequeña.incomoda .ruidosol patio interno .cochera a la vuelta rampa 8. El personal y la atencion excelente ..el desayuno muy bueno .la pileta linda.
