Pictures are not accurate. The check-in is in hotel around the corner. There is no river view. One window did not have a heavy curtain to keep out the light, so I tried to shut the shutters which did not work. The room had one lightbulb out that never got replaced. The walls are paper thin, so I could hear residents talking in their rooms. 10AM check-out is too early. Location is the best asset.

Located in the historic center of Mantua, close to many hisotorica places of interest, surrounded by nice restaurants and shops.

Great location to stay in this wonderful city. Room was extremely clean and comfortable despite being under the eaves in the mansard. Charming staff.

Good hotel - central location

Pros: Central location
Modern and clean room in a basic whitewashed courtyard. My room was main floor with the room's only window facing right out the small, blank courtyard, which lacked privacy when guest couple decided to perch right outside my window for almost two hours - so no privacy. Room was comfortable with modern design.

some rooms good, some not

Pros: great location
Cons: Stairways are narrow-no railings. no amenities-very basic hotel.
Location: you can read this on the hotel description
room the 1st night, a small double on the 3rd floor, was uncomfortable, very awkward floor plan. we moved to a triple room on the 2nd floor which was big and comfortable. helpful, nice staff.

la struttura sostitutiva era molto bella proprio di fronte al palazzo ducale, , non ancora inaugurata, unica pecca essendo muri spessi non c'era campo per telefonare e ricevere le telefonate ma penso che non essendo ancora in attività risolveranno il problema con un wi-fi appena inaugureranno il tutto
