I enjoyed the private courtyard and ease of after hours access. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The small cafe in the morning was appreciated.

Mystery bnb with two names
Posted 2 May 2018So there is no Abbazia bnb, its ABC on the door.This makes locating the place tricky, especially when Expedia sent a message to collect the key along the rd......no there was no other reception !
Area is very scruffy, dropping luggage tricky, because of busy road.. Rooms? Functional, small

An ok stop, difficult to find.
Posted 23 Sep 2017 on HotelsIt was an okay hotel in a pretty good location- across from the train station. It was very difficult to find however, because there was no sign. You actually have to check in at the ABC hotel and then they walk you to a small alley with the rooms. We had a car and their parking drive was 6' wide- coming in from an angle had a scrape our front fender. We had to park on the street about 10 minutes away with a meter. We did really like Mantova though.

Pros: It was in a courtyard style setting and great location.
Cons: Wifi connection.
Location: Super close to the center of the town and shops.
The hotel staff and the room were great! The hotel was close to ground transportation which because of our itinerary came in very useful.

OK for a night
Posted 14 Jul 2015 on HotelsEntrance is actually behind a hotel a few doors down. Ringing the buzzer at the stated location didnt get a response. Parking was a bit pricey. Room was small but clean. WiFi signal was good and quick in public areas but non-existent in the room.

La pulizia è impeccabile, il personale gentile e cordiale. Quello che mi è piaciuto di meno è la rumorosità. La prima colazione appena sufficiente.

Comodissimo ingresso difronte alla Stazione Ferroviaria.
Uscita dall'altro lato su un viale principale che arriva in centro.
Unico neo, pochissimi bar e ristoranti sul tragitto fino al centro città.

Tout était parfait, l’accueil, l’emplacement à côté de la gare de Mantoue, la chambre, les commodités comme le frigo, la proximité du centre historique de Mantoue. Personnel dévoué, de bonne humeur prêt à répondre aux questions. Déjeuner continental excellent. 2 bémols seulement. Air conditionné centralisé qui ne fonctionne pas en mai et sillage de la petite boîte électrique achalant car je l’entendais tout le temps. Malgré ces 2 bémols j’ai bien aimé mon séjour, j’y retournerais.
