Very poor

Desk clerk tried to do the best she could with the equipment that appeared to be not functioning fully. Desk clerk said she found our reservation in the system. However, she was unable to complete the processing. She took my credit card number again and charged my card, without giving me a receipt. Online we booked a room with two queen beds. We were assigned a room with two double beds. I spoke with my credit card company representative. Due to the weekend, any charge from Quality Inn will not post until the middle of next week. I do not want to pay twice for the room. Nor do I want to pay for queen beds when I had full size beds.

Not to good of a stay

DISGUSTING
Posted 14 Aug 2022 on HotelsThe room smelled musty. The toilet didnt flush had to get plunger. The hot tub had no water and the pool had disgusting scum floating on top of it. The tv channels were not what the menu says they are. You could fail a drug test walking through the hallway alone. Worst stay I've ever experienced. Would highly recommend staying elsewhere

The ppl wasn’t friendly they put a barking dog next door and didn’t do anything about it and the pool was closed the whole time I was there.

Over night stay
Posted 8 Aug 2022 on HotelsStayed overnight because of an early softball game. The hotel is outdated with no vending machines and the pool was dirty.
The shower water smells and they didn’t have enough towels so we had to use pool towels but the bed was comfortable and our room was clean other than a few black spots on the wall.
