Definitely call the property ahead of time! I booked a king suite with a jetted tub. First, Expedia says check in time is anytime after 3 however, according to the property, check in time is 3-6 so if you need to check in after that let them know! Second, I booked a jetted tub however, when I got there they advised the jetted tub suites were being worked on and weren't available and their pool was also closed to maintenance. I don't blame the property at all because Bre was super helpful and I got refunded however, Expedia should do a better job outlining what's available and what's not! Luckily I was able to book elsewhere but definitely call the property prior to booking!

The room i stayed in smelled like urine. It was close to the lobby and it was loud. walls are thin person above was walking around thumping a lot. I had complained about the noise and was told they had no other rooms with 2 beds. Expedia website advised differently. expedia reservation didnt show in there system. I wouldn't use expedia when booking with this hotel they advise me it happens a lot. I dont know about other rooms but absolutely do not stay in any that are close to the lobby with out asking about noise and turning on the vent to see if it smells like urine.

Upon arriving at the property i booked because there was a hot tub on site, come to find out the hot tub was out of service. Secondly walked in the foyer area to get to our room and it smelled like a literal bathroom. Lucky i booked a different stay for the night not long away. Def wont be back here..
