Our shower was broken so we were never able to shower in the morning. Made a complaint and was just told sorry, no compensation was made.

Staff was friendly and breakfast was great. However did tell staff that the bathroom in our room was never cleaned before our arrival. There was hair on the floor & in the tub. Water marks all over the floor from the people before us. Also white power of some sorts all over the floor. The room itself seemed cleaned...just not the bathroom. It was like it wasn't even touched!
