There are some negative comments about this hotel , but in my opinion evrything was perfect about this hotel , very reasonable price in the heart of downtown with friendly staff,

Great place great location super friendly staff

This is a great location near everything in downtown manizales, breakfast was great plenty of choices, and te staff was pleasant and very helpful, i highly recommend this hotel.

Great value for money

Was great value for the price. Though the building utilities are getting a bit dated. The reception staff especially Mr. Andre Rios was very helpful. Breakfast could have been better. But I guess for the price it was okay. Overall very happy with the stay.

The staff were friendly, location was great. Room was clean, comfortable and spacious. I had a suite on the 8th floor. My only issue would be the site advertises AC and they do not have air conditioned rooms. That being said it appears no hotels in Manizales have AC either. The price and quality are good and I’ll be staying there again on my next trip which is already booked.
