We had to wait for the check in, because there was only 1 person at the counter. Later we were asked to pay the VAT. The reason why was explained in a rather unclear and condescending way, as it hasn’t happened in any other hotel prior. Facilities close at 6pm, which is very early. The rooms have no AC so it’s quite hot inside. Rooms are also small.
The area outside the hotel is very nice.

Wonderful location. A little odd that it’s a headquarters for Juan Valdez coffee but they don’t serve it in the restaurant

I would easily stay here again.

Como hotel no lo recomiendo.
Posted 22 Aug 2022 on HotelsTuve la habitacion 17, desde las 5:50 Am el ruido era terrible los dos dias que me quede, la cama muy incomoda, el desayuno normal.
El lugar es hermoso, como hotel no lo recomiendo, aunque los trabajadores muy amables.
