Staff was very friendly, and it was quite. Nothing bad to say about this property. 2nd time here. This is the place to stay, in Manistee.

Stayed here for my besties 50th and had a great time! Everything was nice and clean, staff was great, grounds are beautiful and the hot tub and pool were wonderful!

While the rooms were spacious and initially clean, the lack of daily cleaning during our five-night stay was disappointing. Additionally, the mattresses were uncomfortably soft, which affected our quality of sleep. On a positive note, the staff was attentive and accommodating throughout our visit.

Rico, I am sorry that you weren't informed that you could request stayover sprucing upon check in. I will let the front desk know for longer stays, to suggest this for convinence. Though, I am super glad the staff was attentive and accomodating I am sorry that you didn't care for our mattresses. They are brand new with very little use since installation. It is difficult to accomodate all sleep preferences but I will take a look the mattress in the room that you stayed in and just make sure it is up to our standards. Thank you for the feedback as it is the best way we can improve. I hope you have safe travels!

Rooms were very clean and private. Did not hear noise from any other guest room. I was able to park my vehicle right outside my room’s window. All staff friendly and accommodating.

The lobby and common areas are gorgeous! Beautiful views and lovely grounds! The staff was earm and welcoming. The pool was clean and warm....just what we needed on a gloomy April day! We will absolutely staying again!!

Was a good experience. Clean rooms, pool area was nice. Overall great hotel experience. Staff was very helpful.
